Our Smart Funnel system is 100% complaint with Amazon, eBay and Walmart's product review guidelines because it doesn't violate the two key rules:

1) No incentivized reviews - Our smart funnel never offers your promotional gift only if your customer leaves a product review. Your customers don't have to leave a product review to receive your promotional offer.

2) No requests for only positive reviews - Your customers are not asked to only leave positive reviews. Regardless of your customers feedback, positive or negative, every customer can redeem your promotion.

Based on your customers feedback, only when they are 100% satisfied with their purchase will the smart funnel ask them to also share their product review on your Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Etsy product listing. You have the option to disable this smart feature in your campaign settings.

You have several promotional options to choose from. You can offer your customers a free physical gift, a gift card or coupon code, a digitally downloaded product such as an eBook, instruction manual, warranty, etc, or if you choose not to offer a free promotion, only their feedback and email address will be collected.

You can purchase physical gift cards online or from your local retail store. eGift cards can be purchased online. Coupons, discount codes and promos can be created through your e-commerce service or platform. For Amazon, one option for promotions is to create Percentage Off or Buy One Get One promos through your Amazon Seller Central account, you can find more information here.

With digital promotions such as a coupon code or downloadable content, you have to option to have the promotion automatically delivered to your customers as soon as they complete the funnel or if you prefer to manually verify each redemption, you can manually approve and deliver them. For manually approvals, the promotion will be emailed to your customers through the Claim Center.

For physical promotions such as a free gift or physical gift card, the smart funnel will collect your customers address so you can ship the item to them.

When your customers enter the smart funnel, they are required to enter their Amazon, eBay or Walmart Order Number. You can use the Order Number verify their purchase against your Amazon, eBay or Walmart sales history.

No. Each campaign can be customized and tailored for your unique marketing strategy. You have the option to require your customers to leave a review or not.

Your customers contact details and the order information from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify or your custom website are collected in every funnel in order to verify their purchase and deliver your promotion. Their email address is recorded in order to deliver digital products as well as build your email list. For physical gifts, your customers mailing address is also collected.

Depending on your campaign settings, if a product review is required, then their feedback is also recorded for your review.
