Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The ReviewScanGo Affiliate Program allows approved individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to ReviewScanGo.

ReviewScanGo helps ecommerce brands collect customer feedback, product reviews, customer emails, and actionable insights through QR-enabled product inserts and digital customer experiences.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

The program is intended for creators, educators, agencies, consultants, ecommerce communities, software partners, and other businesses that serve online sellers.

ReviewScanGo may approve, reject, suspend, or remove an affiliate at its discretion. Participation in the program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or partnership relationship between the affiliate and ReviewScanGo.

3. Referral Tracking and Attribution

Affiliates may receive a unique referral link, a unique customer-facing promotion code, or both.

A customer may be attributed to an affiliate when the customer:

• Visits ReviewScanGo through the affiliate’s referral link.
• Uses the affiliate’s assigned promotion code during checkout.
• Completes an eligible paid subscription while the referral remains valid.

Referral links use a tracking window of up to 60 days, subject to browser privacy settings, cookie restrictions, and other technical limitations.

4. Customer Discount Offer

Eligible new customers referred through the program may receive:

20% off their first six months of an eligible monthly ReviewScanGo subscription.

Eligible plans

• Starter Monthly
• Business Monthly
• Enterprise Monthly

The discount does not apply to annual plans unless ReviewScanGo explicitly states otherwise in writing.

Promotional codes may not be combined with other discounts, credits, or offers unless expressly permitted by ReviewScanGo.

5. Affiliate Commissions

Affiliates earn a commission equal to 25% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected from each qualifying referred customer.

Commissions are recurring for up to 12 months after the customer’s first qualifying purchase.

Commissions are calculated from the amount actually paid by the customer after discounts, credits, taxes, refunds, or other applicable adjustments.

No commission is earned after the 12-month commission period, even if the customer remains subscribed.

6. Payout Schedule and Eligibility

Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period to allow time for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, and other payment reversals.

Eligible commissions are generally paid monthly after the holding period and after the affiliate satisfies any applicable minimum payout threshold.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information and for any taxes, reporting obligations, fees, currency-conversion charges, or other costs associated with receiving payouts.

Unpaid eligible commissions below the minimum payout threshold may roll forward to a future payout period.

7. Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks

If a referred customer’s payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, deemed fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, the related commission may be:

• Cancelled before payout.
• Removed from the affiliate’s unpaid balance.
• Deducted from future commissions or payouts.

A subscription cancellation does not automatically invalidate a commission for a payment that was legitimately collected and not refunded.

8. Self-Referrals and Related Accounts

Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made by themselves, their employees, their immediate household, or a business they own, control, or operate.

Affiliates may not create duplicate accounts, use their own promotion codes, or otherwise structure transactions primarily to obtain discounts or commissions for themselves.

9. Prohibited Promotional Activities

Affiliates must not engage in:

• Spam, unsolicited email, or unsolicited direct messaging.
• False, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims.
• Fraudulent purchases, fake accounts, or artificial referrals.
• Paid-search bidding on ReviewScanGo trademarks, brand terms, misspellings, or confusingly similar terms without written approval.
• Registering domains, social accounts, or profiles that impersonate ReviewScanGo.
• Publishing promotion codes on unauthorized coupon, discount, cashback, or deal-aggregation websites.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects, adware, spyware, browser extensions, or other deceptive attribution methods.
• Advertising the customer discount as being larger or longer than the offer provided by ReviewScanGo.
• Presenting themselves as an employee or official representative of ReviewScanGo.

10. Brand and Content Guidelines

Affiliates may use ReviewScanGo-provided logos, screenshots, product descriptions, and marketing assets solely to promote ReviewScanGo under this program.

Affiliates must not modify ReviewScanGo branding in a misleading way or imply that ReviewScanGo endorses claims, services, or businesses that have not been expressly approved.

All promotional statements must accurately describe ReviewScanGo’s current products, features, pricing, supported ecommerce channels, and customer offers.

11. Suspension and Termination

ReviewScanGo may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, reputational risk, inactivity, or any other conduct that ReviewScanGo reasonably determines is harmful to the program or its customers.

Commissions arising from prohibited, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity may be cancelled or withheld.

Upon termination, the affiliate must stop representing themselves as a ReviewScanGo affiliate and discontinue use of program assets when requested.

12. Program Changes

ReviewScanGo may modify the program, commission rates, customer offers, payout thresholds, eligible plans, holding periods, or these terms at any time.

Material changes may be communicated through the affiliate portal, email, or an updated version of this page.

Continued participation after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

The affiliate program is provided on an “as available” basis. ReviewScanGo does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, conversions, commissions, revenue, or uninterrupted tracking.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewScanGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from participation in the program.
